Subject: Application to Volunteer with PACJA’s Climate Justice Initiatives

As an Environmental Health professional, I am deeply inspired by PACJA’s mission and the transformative impact of its flagship initiatives—the Keep Your Promise Campaign and the Climate Justice Torch Campaign. These campaigns align strongly with my passion for climate justice and my commitment to promoting health and environmental equity across Africa.
I am particularly interested in contributing to efforts that spotlight the health impacts of climate change, such as increased disease burden, water and food insecurity, and displacement especially among vulnerable populations. I believe my background equips me to support community engagement, awareness creation, and advocacy that integrates public health perspectives into climate justice campaigns.
Being based in Nairobi, Kenya, I am strategically positioned to participate in regional actions, collaborate with local partners, and engage in on-the-ground mobilization. I am excited about the opportunity to join PACJA’s movement in amplifying African voices and holding global leaders accountable to their climate commitments.
